A multi-role workforce-management platform that centralizes day-to-day HR operations — from punch-in to payslip — for small and mid-sized businesses.
The problem
SMBs run HR on fragments — attendance registers, salary spreadsheets, leave requests over chat. Every month ends in reconciliation work and payroll disputes, and management has no live view of the workforce.
Our approach

Modelled the domain first: companies, employees, reporting hierarchies, leave types and pay structures as one coherent multi-tenant schema.

Designed every workflow around dual roles — what the employee sees and does, and what the company approves and controls.

Treated payroll as a deterministic computation over attendance and CTC data, so every net-salary figure is traceable to its inputs.
